Welcome to South Hampshire Hospital. Located in New Hampshire, USA, SHH is one of the nation's largest, most prestigious hospitals. Not to mention the wealthiest. Founded by R.J.Heath in 2001, it quickly grew to become the most reputable hospital on the east coast.

Of course, with a reputation like that, SHH quickly attracted the world's most renown doctors, from all fields and all levels. Interns to attendings, each doctor came to SHH for one reason, and one reason only - to beat out the competition.

Only five interns each year are chosen to move on, and the others are forced to repeat their year. This causes intense rivalry between the interns, leading to sabotage. There are those who will do whatever it takes to win.

Attendings and residents are in a neverending struggle for the race for chief of their service, never failing to make their competition look bad.

Behind the scenes in a place so full of death and miracles doesn't seem all that glamorous anymore, does it? Beneath all the competition, there is, of course, steamy elevator sex and all the silver lining a cloud can handle.
