Hum hum. The elevator music plays.
Chloe Isabelle stepped onto the elevator and pressed the ER floor number. A catchy elevator tune was playing. She hummed along to it. She sighed. Her scrubs hung loosely to her toned, busty body.
Chloe tied her blond hair back with a green scrunchy. She took a small compact mirror out of her purse to make sure her hair and make-up were fine. Then leaned against the wall, with one hand against her hip and hummed.
Checking the time, she wouldn't be late. Chloe would have a few moments to grab a coffee or tea. A tea with honey and milk. she thought happily. She bit down on her thumb nail impatiently.

Pressing the button on the elevator over a dozen times, Annette sighed, and checked her watch for the fourth time. Just a little while ago she'd been enjoying a glass of wine at The Vinyard, and now she was rushing around the hospital, getting updates from all of her Residents and just checking up on them.
Tossing an annoyed glance, a sigh of relief was released, as the elevator slid to a stop, and she walked in, and made no attempt to press the button that would take her to the ER, as it was already pressed.
"Nine more Residents to get updated by, and I only have another half hour." she muttered outloud herself, as she reclipped her ID tag to her chest. No, being Chief of ER was not all it was made up to be. There was alot of running, and alot of dealing with Hypochondriacs that came in because they had scabs and swore they were getting Scabies.
Nodding to Chloe, she looked back to her pad, and tried to ignore the annoying music they flowed through the speakers.

Evie thought she'd forgotten her pager in the Cafeteria was in a rush to get to it. How could she even have forgotten it? Even though her coffee had woken her up a bit, she was still rather tired and decided that maybe just this once, she'd rather take the elevator. Just this once, this it would be back to the stairs. She walked into the elevator and pressed the button to the Cafeteria floor. and then moved to the back of the elevator to lean against the wall.
Taking one look at the other two in the elevator, she knew she'd probably seen them countless times in the hospital. She knew the chief of ER but was unsure about the other. All the same, she smiled at the two and re-adjusted her large, brown canvas bag on her shoulder. She looked like she always the only insignificant difference was that her hair was in a ponytail and not a her usual messy bun. Although not unkempt, she wasn't one who dressed to impress.
